All delegate and alternate names, along with home addresses and emails, must be submitted electronically, beginning April 1, but no later than May 15. An affiliate officer must certify that all delegates and alternates were elected in accordance with the NSO Constitution and the provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (Landrum Griffin).
