1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the NSO Member Portal (“Portal”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility The Portal is exclusively for active NSO members. Unauthorized access or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. User Account

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. You agree to notify NSO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. You will immediately cease use of your account upon termination of your employment.

4. Acceptable Use

1. You may use the Portal only for lawful purposes related to your membership.
2. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Portal, including articles, logos, and multimedia, is the property of NSO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

1. The Portal content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NSO disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2. NSO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

7. Termination NSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms NSO may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which NSO is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles
